Information we collect

How we use it

Mobile numbers and text messaging

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We also do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or text messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Message frequency varies (see our SMS terms), message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to stop texts or HELP for help.

Demo requests

If you ask for a demo on our website, we store your name, business name, phone number, optional email, business type and how you found us, so David can follow up. We keep these in Mission Line and manage them in HubSpot. We don't send you marketing texts, and you can ask us to delete your request at any time.

Who we share information with

Your messages are shared only with the business you contacted. We use service providers to run Mission Line, and they may process information only to provide their service to us:

We may disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep conversation history while the business uses Mission Line so they can see past customers and reports. A business can ask us to delete its data when it cancels. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to each business's own staff, and login uses one-time codes sent by text.
