What this program is

Mission Line is software for local service businesses. The owners and staff of businesses that sign up for Mission Line get account texts from our number, (830) 476-0241:

We never send marketing or promotional texts in this program.

How you opt in

When your business signs up, we add your cell number to your business's account. Before we text you anything, you open app.missionlinesa.com/login, check an unchecked box agreeing to these account texts, and tap "Text me a code." You then get a confirmation text, followed by your login code. See screenshots of each step.

How often

Message frequency varies with your account activity: a login code each time you sign in, one alert per customer reply, and one summary per month.

Opting out and getting help

Stop all textsReply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT). You'll get one confirmation and no more texts from this number. Login codes stop too.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Mission Line does not charge you for texts.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. See our privacy policy.

Other texts

Texts that a business's own customers receive after calling that business are a separate program, sent under that business's own name and registration.
